All Blooming Cake Dessert are handmade and contain no preservatives. If not consumed immediately upon receipt , freezing is strongly recommended. Please carefully follow the storage instructions provided. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage.
If the product is damaged due to delayed pickup caused by customer absence, it is not eligible for a refund.
While we package items carefully to prevent damage, minor shape changes or shifting may occur during delivery. Refunds are not available for such cases.
All products are made-to-order and require advance reservation. Refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.
