Terms & Conditions

Orders are placed on a pre-order basis only. We operate as a one-person workshop, and all orders are subject to availability. 

To ensure availability and quality, reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance of the desired pick up date. We reserve the right to close reservations early, especially during busy weekends.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be issued, minus any processing fees.

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Reservation slots are secured based on the order of payment received, not inquiry.

Please note that as all our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in appearance and color. We strive to maintain the highest quality in every cake we create. 

Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

We are not liable for any damage or deterioration of the product after it has been picked up or delivered to the customer.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
