What is Tteok?
Tteok (떡) is traditional Korean rice cake, made from steamed rice flour, soft and pillowy with a gentle, springy chew. It is the heart of our Korean style cakes: lighter and far less sweet than a Western sponge, with a texture that is wholly its own.
A Note on Storage
Please keep at room temperature and enjoy as soon as possible after pickup, ideally the same day. Refrigerating or freezing will firm up the rice cake and dull its delicate texture.
